Meet the Team
The success behind Orchard House is due to our wonderful Managers and their teams who demonstrate a professional and person centered approach that is blended with kindness, sensitivity and sympathy.
Our Managers hold the overall responsibility of day to day management of the home and all aspects of the services we deliver. Our management approach is open and transparent and we share our plans with the residents and families in regular meetings.
We have a team of highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurses, most of whom have given long service to Orchard House. In addition to overseeing our residents’ health related matters, our Nurses support our Healthcare Assistants who are committed to giving the best possible personal and social care for our residents.
We also have Head Chef Mathi who prepares the nutritious and tasty meals for our Residents, supported by their Kitchen Assistants.
Our Housekeepers, Laundry Assistants and full time Maintenance staff all help keep our homes clean, tidy and running like clockwork! The residents’ finance handling is all dealt with by our in-house Accounts Department. We have two secretaries who deal with the day to day office admin and give support to any team member who needs their help.
Vera Liubchivschi
Manager
I have over ten years of experience in the care industry and joined Lodore in 2017 as a Registered Nurse, later becoming the Home Manager in 2024. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology and am also a qualified Couple and Family Therapist.
My primary goal is to ensure the delivery of high-quality, holistic, person-centred care in a safe environment that meets CQC standards. Leading by example, I work alongside a dedicated team to maintain a homely, happy atmosphere while upholding exceptional care standards. I am approachable and maintain strong relationships with the local authority and Sutton Clinical Commissioning Group.
At the heart of our service is a commitment to embracing culture and diversity. We welcome residents from all backgrounds, regardless of their culture, faith, or language.
I believe strongly in the importance of staying connected with our local Sutton community, enriching the lives of our residents, particularly through activities. Each day brings new challenges and rewards, and my passion lies in providing the best possible care to improve the lives of our residents.
I live locally and enjoy traveling, discovering new places, trying different cuisines, and spending time with friends.
Georgiana

I joined Orchard House Nursing Home in 2024 as a Deputy Manager, my experience of more than 12 years in the health care industry enabled me to be a dedicated and skilled healthcare professional responsible for supporting the Clinical Manager in overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. I work closely with medical staff to maintain clinical standards, improve patient outcomes, and ensure compliance with health regulations. As a Clinical Manager I assist in staff management, training, and development, helping to create a positive and efficient work environment. In my role I am also coordinating and overseeing the patient care processes, addressing any issues that arise, and supporting the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures. I am passionate about my job and I am truly committed to ensure the elderly and vulnerable population receives the best care while in our care.

As Chief Operating Officer, I bring over 20 years of hospitality experience to the care sector, focusing on providing reliable, hands-on support to our on-site managers so they can deliver the highest standard of care to our residents. Since joining nine months ago, I have loved the dynamic nature of daily operations and the opportunity to ensure our teams have everything they need to succeed. Outside of work, I am kept busy by my family and children, and when I have a spare moment, I enjoy following F1 and football—ideally watching Arsenal finally secure the 2025-26 title!
